Compatibility testing for Chordana Play on Android 13 devices has uncovered a bug affecting Bluetooth MIDI functionality.* This bug is specific to Android 13.

• For Google Pixel series models (excluding Pixel 4/4 XL), we have confirmed that this issue was resolved with the March 2023 monthly update.
• The update status for other smart devices varies based on the manufacturer or device. Please contact your manufacturer or communications service provider for information regarding the response status.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and recommend refraining from using this app on Android 13 until the issue is resolved. It's important to note that this problem does not occur on devices running Android 12 or earlier or when using a USB cable connection.

To use the lesson mode with the Wireless MIDI & audio adaptor (WU-BT10), your smart device must be running Android OS 8.0 or higher and be compatible with Bluetooth Low Energy devices.

Chordana Play offers various features to enhance your learning experience:

1. Music score and piano roll notation: Chordana Play displays both the music score and piano roll notation for built-in songs and MIDI files.
2. Song selection: You can choose from the 50 built-in songs or import standard MIDI files to play.
3. Lesson Mode: With the app's keyboard or a USB-connected musical instrument keyboard, you can take a three-step lesson while following the music score and piano roll.
4. Audio Mode: Use musical tools such as key shift, tempo change, looping, and melody cancel to playback audio on your device.
5. Wireless Adapter Connection: Connect your smart device to a musical instrument using a wireless adapter. Supported CASIO keyboard models include CT-S1, CT-S400, CT-S410, and LK-S450. For connection details, refer to: https://web.casio.com/app/en/play/support/connect.html

7. Keyboard Link: Available for supported CASIO keyboard models such as LK-265, LK-266, CTK-2500, CTK-2550, and CTK-3500. Use a stereo mini to stereo mini cable to send melody and chord data along with audio playback and utilize the keyboard's light-up function for step-up lessons directly on the keyboard itself.

System Requirements (Information current as of April 2021): Android 4.4 or later is required. It is recommended to have at least 2 GB of RAM. To use Chordana Play while connected to a supported CASIO keyboard, you need an OTG-compatible smartphone/tablet running Android 6.0 or later (Note: Some smartphones/tablets may not be supported). Lesson Mode cannot be used via Bluetooth connection on Android 6.x or 7.x devices.

We recommend using Chordana Play on the smartphones/tablets listed below. Please note that operation is not guaranteed on smartphones/tablets not included in the list. Additional smartphones/tablets with confirmed compatibility will be added to the list over time. Keep in mind that even on devices with confirmed compatibility, there may be display or operational issues following updates to smartphone/tablet software or Android OS versions. Chordana Play is not compatible with devices using an x86 CPU.
